We are seeking a Senior Director, Regional Marketing Americas to build and lead a high-performing regional marketing organization across North America and Latin America. The Senior Director will ensure consistent, scalable execution across the Americas while delivering measurable business impact through demand generation, installed-base penetration, lifecycle marketing, brand strength, and customer-led growth initiatives. This leader will serve as a key partner to regional commercial teams, connecting global marketing priorities with local market opportunities to accelerate growth across Service, Modernization, and New Equipment businesses.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Regional Marketing Strategy
- Define and execute the Americas marketing strategy aligned to growth priorities and commercial objectives
- Translate global marketing priorities into regional plans tailored to market dynamics and customer needs
- Shape go-to-market approaches for Service, Modernization, New Equipment, and strategic growth initiatives
- Align marketing investments and resources to maximize business outcomes
Drive Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Lead integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and pipeline opportunities
- Expand and scale Account-Based Marketing programs focused on strategic enterprise and key accounts
- Ensure strong alignment between marketing programs, sales priorities, and revenue objectives
- Optimize campaign performance through data-driven decision making and continuous improvement
Serve as a Strategic Commercial Partner
- Partner closely with Regional Sales Leadership to align on priorities, target accounts, and growth opportunities
- Support commercial planning through customer insights, market intelligence, and demand forecasting
- Act as the voice of the customer in shaping messaging, content, and campaign strategies
- Help drive sales enablement efforts that improve commercial effectiveness
Build Organizational Capability
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of regional marketing managers and specialists
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Strengthen capabilities in digital marketing, analytics, customer engagement, and commercial marketing
- Create succession plans and talent development strategies across the regional organization
Deliver Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Establish and monitor KPIs including pipeline contribution, lead quality, campaign ROI, revenue influence, and account engagement
- Leverage analytics and customer insights to continuously optimize marketing performance
- Ensure effective use of marketing technology, automation, CRM, and customer data platforms
- Demonstrate measurable business impact to regional and global leadership

Impact
This role is critical to accelerating growth across the Americas by connecting marketing investments directly to commercial outcomes. Through strategic leadership, strong commercial partnership, and data-driven execution, the Senior Director will strengthen the Otis brand, increase customer engagement, generate demand, and drive measurable business growth across the region.
The salary range for this role is $200,000-$240,000. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
