ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my first agency in 2008 and expanded with a second office in 2025. Today, I lead a team of 12 across both locations. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in Corporate Finance. I was drawn to agency ownership because I wanted to build my own business and have greater control over my future.
I'm a graduate of both the University of Delaware and Villanova University, married, and a proud father of three. Giving back is important to our team, and we're proud to support organizations including our local food bank and the Autism Society of Delaware.
Our agency offers health benefits, a Simple IRA, paid time off, holidays off, licensing costs paid up front, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We also believe in recognizing and rewarding team members who perform at a high level.
Our culture is high-performing, customer-focused, and team-oriented. I'm looking for someone who is self-motivated, friendly, eager to learn, and genuinely enjoys helping people. If you're a team player who wants to grow, serve customers well, and be rewarded for strong performance, we'd love to meet you.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:

You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Responsibilities:

Which companies sponsor visas for product marketers in Delaware?
Financial services firms with large Wilmington operations, including JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, and Barclays, have sponsored product marketing professionals. Life sciences companies such as AstraZeneca and Incyte, both with significant Delaware-area presence, also hire internationally for product marketing roles supporting drug launches and pipeline communications. Corporate headquarters concentrated in Delaware due to incorporation advantages represent another sponsorship source.
Which visa types are most common for product marketing roles in Delaware?
The H-1B visa is the most common visa category for product marketing positions in Delaware, as the role typically requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, meeting the specialty occupation standard. Candidates with prior U.S. employer relationships may also see L-1B intracompany transfer petitions. Australians qualify for the E-3 visa, which has no lottery and is worth exploring as an alternative to the H-1B.
Which cities in Delaware have the most product marketing sponsorship jobs?
Wilmington is by far Delaware's primary employment hub for product marketing, driven by its concentration of financial services headquarters, pharmaceutical companies, and professional services firms. Newark, home to the University of Delaware, hosts some technology and biotech employers with marketing needs. Smaller markets like Dover and Middletown have limited product marketing sponsorship activity compared to the Wilmington metro area.
How to find product marketing visa sponsorship jobs in Delaware?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it a practical starting point for product marketing roles in Delaware. Because sponsoring companies in the state skew toward financial services and life sciences, filtering by those industries on Migrate Mate can narrow results meaningfully. Searching for titles like Product Marketing Manager, Go-to-Market Manager, and Solutions Marketing Manager will surface the most relevant Delaware listings.
Are there state-specific factors that affect product marketing visa sponsorship in Delaware?
Delaware's economy is heavily weighted toward financial services and pharmaceuticals, so product marketing candidates with domain expertise in those sectors are better positioned for sponsorship than generalists. The state's proximity to Philadelphia expands the practical job market, and some employers list roles as Delaware-based while operating across the metro region. The University of Delaware also supplies a pipeline of local marketing talent, meaning international candidates benefit from differentiating with specialized industry or technical experience.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored product marketing jobs in Delaware?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
