Which companies sponsor visas for product marketers in Florida?
Several Florida-based technology and software companies have a track record of sponsoring work visas for product marketing roles. UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) in Weston, Chewy in Dania Beach, Modernizing Medicine in Boca Raton, and Paysign among others have filed H-1B visa Labor Condition Applications for marketing-related positions. Larger enterprise software and healthtech firms tend to have established HR and legal processes that make sponsorship more accessible than smaller startups.
Which visa types are most common for product marketing roles in Florida?
The H-1B is the most common visa for product marketing professionals in Florida. To qualify, the role must meet the specialty occupation standard, meaning a bachelor's degree or higher in a directly related field such as marketing, business, or communications is typically required. Candidates with an L-1 visa transferring within a multinational company, or those on OPT or STEM OPT, also commonly work in Florida product marketing roles before seeking full sponsorship.
Which cities in Florida have the most product marketing sponsorship jobs?
Miami leads Florida for product marketing sponsorship activity, driven by its concentration of fintech, SaaS, and Latin American-focused technology companies. Tampa is a growing hub, particularly for B2B software and cybersecurity firms. Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale host established healthtech and enterprise software employers. Orlando sees demand from tech-adjacent industries including hospitality technology and simulation software, making it a secondary but notable market for sponsored roles.
How to find product marketing visa sponsorship jobs in Florida?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international candidates seeking visa sponsorship, making it more targeted than general job boards for this search. You can filter directly by state and role to surface Florida product marketing positions at companies that have previously sponsored work visas. Reviewing employer sponsorship history before applying helps prioritize companies with established immigration processes, which is especially important for product marketing roles where sponsorship willingness varies significantly by company size and industry.
Are there any Florida-specific factors that affect product marketing visa sponsorship?
Florida has no state income tax, which affects prevailing wage comparisons but does not change federal H-1B wage requirements. The state's large university system, including the University of Florida and Florida International University, produces domestic marketing talent, so sponsored roles tend to go to candidates with highly specialized skills in areas like product-led growth, developer marketing, or technical product marketing. Miami's bilingual workforce also means Spanish language proficiency can be a differentiator in certain product marketing roles targeting Latin American markets.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored product marketing jobs in Florida?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
