- Configure Windows Autopilot, device enrollment, compliance policies, application deployment, and Conditional Access.
- Implement endpoint security solutions using Microsoft Defender, BitLocker, and security baselines.
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
- Troubleshoot endpoint management issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Prepare technical architecture documents, migration plans, and implementation standards.
- Provide technical leadership and collaborate with infrastructure, security, and support teams.
