Which companies in Georgia sponsor visas for account executives?
Atlanta-based employers in technology and financial services are the most active sponsors for account executive roles in Georgia. Companies like NCR Voyix, Global Payments, Salesforce's Atlanta offices, and various SaaS firms operating out of the city have filed H-1B petitions for sales and account management positions. Staffing-heavy industries like logistics and healthcare IT, both well-represented in Georgia, also sponsor account executive hires.
What visa types are most commonly sponsored for account executive roles in Georgia?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for account executive positions in Georgia, provided the role requires a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as business, marketing, or communications and meets specialty occupation standards. L-1B visas are another pathway for candidates transferring within a multinational company to an Atlanta or Georgia-based office in a specialized knowledge capacity.
Which cities in Georgia have the most account executive visa sponsorship jobs?
Atlanta accounts for the overwhelming majority of account executive sponsorship opportunities in Georgia. Buckhead, Midtown, and the Perimeter Center corridor are the primary business districts where technology, fintech, media, and professional services companies cluster. Secondary markets like Savannah and Augusta have smaller but growing employer bases, though sponsorship activity outside Metro Atlanta is considerably more limited.
How to find account executive visa sponsorship jobs in Georgia?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international job seekers and filters account executive openings in Georgia by verified sponsorship history, saving you from manually researching which employers are willing to sponsor. Rather than sorting through general job listings, you can focus on Georgia-based companies in technology, fintech, and media that have an established pattern of filing visa petitions for sales and account executive roles.
Are there state-specific factors that affect visa sponsorship for account executives in Georgia?
Georgia's tech ecosystem, anchored by Atlanta's designation as a major fintech hub and home to organizations like the Metro Atlanta Chamber's technology initiatives, means a higher concentration of growth-stage and enterprise software companies willing to sponsor visas. Account executive roles at these firms often qualify under the H-1B specialty occupation standard when tied to a specific degree field, though each employer's legal team makes that determination individually.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored account executive jobs in Georgia?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
