Which companies in Georgia sponsor visas for director, product management roles?
Atlanta-based employers with consistent H-1B sponsorship records for senior product leadership include NCR Voyix, Fiserv, Cox Enterprises, Delta Air Lines, Home Depot, and Global Payments. Several large consulting firms and technology services companies headquartered or operating significant offices in Atlanta also appear in Department of Labor LCA disclosure data for director-level product management petitions.
Which visa types are most common for director, product management roles in Georgia?
The H-1B is the predominant visa for director, product management roles in Georgia, as these positions consistently qualify as specialty occupations requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as computer science, engineering, or business. Candidates already holding L-1A intracompany transferee status may also transition into director-level roles through a sponsoring multinational employer with Georgia operations.
Which cities in Georgia have the most director, product management sponsorship jobs?
Atlanta accounts for the overwhelming majority of director, product management visa sponsorship opportunities in Georgia. The Midtown and Buckhead corridors, along with Atlanta's Technology Square near Georgia Tech, host the densest concentration of employers filing LCAs for senior product roles. Alpharetta, a fintech and software hub north of Atlanta, represents a meaningful secondary market worth targeting.
How to find director, product management visa sponsorship jobs in Georgia?
Migrate Mate filters director, product management job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, saving you from manually checking employer LCA histories. You can search within Georgia to surface roles at Atlanta-area fintech, enterprise software, and logistics companies that have active sponsorship programs. Migrate Mate is built for international candidates navigating this process, so listings are pre-screened for sponsorship eligibility rather than general openings.
Are there state-specific considerations for director, product management visa sponsorship in Georgia?
Georgia's prevailing wage determinations for director, product management roles are set by the Department of Labor based on the Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Roswell metropolitan area, which employers must meet on the Labor Condition Application. Georgia Tech's strong computer science and MBA programs supply a competitive domestic talent pool, meaning employers sponsoring international candidates at the director level typically have a demonstrated need for specific technical or product domain expertise.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored director, product management jobs in Georgia?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
