Which companies sponsor visas for director, product management roles in New Hampshire?
Oracle's operations in New Hampshire, along with defense and aerospace employers like BAE Systems and Elbit Systems of America, have sponsored H-1B visas for senior product management roles. Software and SaaS companies in the Manchester-Nashua corridor also appear in Department of Labor disclosure data for product leadership positions. Sponsorship activity tends to follow large enterprise employers rather than smaller startups in this state.
Which visa types are most common for director, product management roles in New Hampshire?
The H-1B is the most common visa for Director, Product Management roles in New Hampshire, as these positions typically qualify as specialty occupations requiring a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as computer science, engineering, or business. L-1A visas are also relevant for candidates transferring from a foreign affiliate or subsidiary into a managerial product leadership role at a New Hampshire employer.
Which cities in New Hampshire have the most director, product management sponsorship jobs?
Manchester and Nashua account for the majority of Director, Product Management sponsorship activity in New Hampshire. Nashua in particular has a long-established technology presence, with enterprise software and defense contractors concentrated along the Route 3 corridor near the Massachusetts border. Bedford and Portsmouth see smaller but consistent hiring activity for senior product roles, often tied to regional headquarters or satellite offices of larger firms.
How to find director, product management visa sponsorship jobs in New Hampshire?
Migrate Mate filters Director, Product Management jobs specifically to employers who have demonstrated visa sponsorship activity, saving you the time of screening postings manually. For New Hampshire, the platform surfaces roles in the Manchester and Nashua tech corridors where H-1B sponsorship is most common at the director level. Searching Migrate Mate by state and role lets you focus only on employers with a real sponsorship track record.
What should international candidates know about pursuing director, product management roles in New Hampshire?
Director-level product management roles are senior positions, and employers sponsoring at this level generally expect candidates to demonstrate extensive product leadership experience, not just technical skills. New Hampshire does not have a state income tax on wages, which affects total compensation comparisons with neighboring Massachusetts. Because these are senior roles, many H-1B petitions for directors are filed outside the regular cap under cap-exempt institutions, or through established employer relationships with experienced immigration counsel.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored director, product management jobs in New Hampshire?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
