- Lead product planning for capabilities such as pricing optimization, competitive matching, price elasticity forecasting, decision support, and GenAI-enabled workflows.
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled pricing tools, automated insights, self-service analytics, and leadership-ready business narratives.
- Define prioritization frameworks that balance customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, operational complexity, and stakeholder needs.
- Develop clear roadmap updates and product narratives for MBRs, roadmap reviews, OP1 planning, and leadership forums with established success metrics and feedback loops.
- Create or guide enablement materials, documentation, and training plans to help teams use pricing tools, data science outputs, and AI-enabled workflows effectively.
What You’ll Need
- 6+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, or product-adjacent roles working with analytical, data-driven, technical, retail, e-commerce, pricing, or business operations teams.
- 3+ years of experience partnering with data science, machine learning, AI, analytics, pricing, or technically complex data product teams.
- Experience owning or leading product roadmaps for complex, cross-functional products, platforms, tools, or capabilities.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect pricing, customer experience, profitability, operational execution, and technical feasibility.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear product requirements, prioritization decisions, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and influence across business and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with pricing, revenue management, competitive intelligence, promotion, demand elasticity, or optimization products.
- Experience with GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, knowledge management tools, or AI-enabled analytics workflows.
- Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, causal inference, measurement design, or model evaluation.
- Experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, AWS, Spark, Hadoop, or similar analytics/data tools.
- MBA, Master’s degree, advanced degree, or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Compensation

Which companies in Florida sponsor visas for director, product management roles?
Florida-based companies with documented H-1B visa sponsorship history for senior product roles include Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) in Weston, Citrix in Fort Lauderdale, Chewy in Dania Beach, and Carnival Corporation in Miami. Enterprise software, fintech, and travel technology firms in the state are among the most active sponsors for director-level product management positions, given the seniority and specialized expertise these roles require.
Which visa types are most common for director, product management roles in Florida?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for director, product management roles in Florida, as these positions consistently qualify as specialty occupations requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a related field such as computer science, engineering, or business. Candidates already holding L-1A status through an intracompany transfer, or those with O-1A extraordinary ability visas, also fill director-level product roles with Florida employers.
Which cities in Florida have the most director, product management visa sponsorship jobs?
Miami leads Florida for director, product management sponsorship activity, driven by its fintech, logistics, and Latin American technology headquarters concentration. Orlando follows, supported by simulation, defense technology, and hospitality tech employers. Tampa and Fort Lauderdale round out the top four, with enterprise software firms like UKG anchoring the South Florida corridor for senior product leadership hiring.
How to find director, product management visa sponsorship jobs in Florida?
Migrate Mate filters director, product management roles specifically by visa sponsorship availability, so you're not sifting through listings that don't support international candidates. For Florida, the platform surfaces openings across Miami's fintech sector, Orlando's tech employers, and the Fort Lauderdale enterprise software corridor. Filtering by role seniority and state lets you focus on positions where sponsorship is an active part of the hiring process.
What should director, product management candidates know about sponsorship considerations specific to Florida?
Florida does not impose state-level restrictions on H-1B sponsorship, but director, product management candidates should be aware that the Department of Labor's prevailing wage determinations for senior product roles vary by metro area. Miami and Orlando wages are benchmarked separately, and employers must certify compliance through a Labor Condition Application before petitioning USCIS. Candidates with advanced degrees from Florida universities like the University of Florida or USF may benefit from expanded H-1B cap-exempt filing windows.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored director, product management jobs in Florida?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
