Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic Electrical Engineer (PE) professional to build our market share in Atlanta, GA. This newly created Regional Growth Manager role offers you the opportunity to provide MEP/FP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection) design services in support of Mechanical, power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and telecommunication systems within Healthcare and Higher Educational facilities. DURING YOUR WORK-DAY YOU WILL:
- Lead initiatives to generate and engage with clients and partners to build new and repeat business for Buildings, Energy, and Infrastructure (BEI) in the Atlanta, GA market.
- Work with BEI management to build strategic business development plans setting and meeting revenue growth targets and take ownership of their execution.
- Develop a strong pipeline of new clients and partners through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting including marketing, outreach to clients to develop effective teams for proposals.
- Help increase BEI’s presence at industry events, in person and online.
- Provide feedback from clients and partners to help drive the service delivery roadmap.
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts, update leads and targets to meet sales objectives.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with an active PE license.
- Minimum 8+ years of proven experience in client management to public and private sector clients in the construction industry. Healthcare and higher education experience preferred.
- Must have existing relationships with clients and demonstrated past success in building new client relationships.
- Must possess a thorough understanding of the consulting engineering business and the leadership and business development skills to expand market share in the Buildings, Energy, and Infrastructure sector.
- Must be able to communicate constructively with all levels within an organization.

- Strong self-motivation, efficient and exemplary work ethic.
- Travel up to 20% to company offices, client and partner locations, industry events, and other locations as required.
