Which companies in Indiana sponsor visas for growth manager roles?
Indianapolis-based employers with documented H-1B sponsorship activity in business and marketing roles include Salesforce (which has a significant Indianapolis presence), Eli Lilly, KAR Global, and OneAmerica. Larger tech-adjacent firms and financial services companies in the state tend to have the infrastructure and legal resources to support H-1B petitions for growth-focused positions.
Which visa types are most common for growth manager roles in Indiana?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for growth manager positions in Indiana, provided the role qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as marketing, business analytics, or a related discipline. Candidates from Australia may qualify for the E-3, and Canadian and Mexican nationals should explore the TN visa under the USMCA trade agreement.
How to find growth manager visa sponsorship jobs in Indiana?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to identify Indiana-based growth manager openings where employers have indicated willingness to sponsor. Because sponsorship willingness isn't always stated in standard job postings, using a dedicated platform like Migrate Mate focused on international candidates saves significant research time when targeting Indiana's tech, fintech, and life sciences employers.
Which cities in Indiana have the most growth manager sponsorship opportunities?
Indianapolis accounts for the substantial majority of growth manager sponsorship activity in Indiana, driven by its concentration of corporate headquarters, SaaS companies, and financial services firms. Fort Wayne and Carmel also have emerging business hubs with some hiring activity. Bloomington and West Lafayette see demand connected to Indiana University and Purdue University's research commercialization and startup ecosystems.
Are there any Indiana-specific considerations for growth manager visa sponsorship?
Growth manager roles in Indiana typically need to satisfy the H-1B specialty occupation standard, meaning the employer must demonstrate the position normally requires a degree in a specific field. Indiana's prevailing wage requirements are determined by the Department of Labor based on local wage data for the Indianapolis or relevant metro area. Life sciences and SaaS companies in Indiana tend to have more established sponsorship processes than smaller regional businesses.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored growth manager jobs in Indiana?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
