We are seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Utilities Manager to lead the operation, maintenance, compliance, and overall performance of a municipal water and/or wastewater utility system. Lead Municipal Operations & Maintenance
- Provide overall leadership for municipal water and/or wastewater treatment operations and maintenance activities.
- Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of treatment facilities, distribution systems, and collection systems.
- Serve as the senior operational authority and act as a hands-on operator when operational needs require.
- Develop, implement, and improve operating procedures, maintenance programs, and performance standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reliability, compliance, efficiency, and customer service.
Serve as the Face of Our Company
- Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal clients, elected officials, utility boards, regulatory agencies, and community stakeholders.
