- Patient phone calls and cases
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment adhering to safety standards
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant credential from an accredited program
- Prior experience in hospital medicine, outpatient clinics, or emergency departments preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, ICD coding, and medication administration
- Experience working with EHR systems and medical-surgical documentation processes
- Ability to perform vital signs collection and basic patient assessments accurately
- Phlebotomy
- Strong patient service skills with a compassionate approach to care delivery
