Which companies sponsor visas for project management coordinators in Idaho?
Micron Technology in Boise is among the most active visa sponsors in Idaho, given its scale in semiconductor manufacturing and ongoing capital expansion projects. St. Luke's Health System and St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center sponsor for project management roles in healthcare operations. Idaho Power and engineering firms supporting infrastructure and energy projects also have a track record of H-1B visa filings for project coordination positions.
Which visa types are most common for project management coordinator roles in Idaho?
The H-1B is the most common visa for project management coordinators in Idaho, provided the role requires a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as business administration, engineering, or information systems. Some candidates with Canadian or Mexican citizenship qualify under the TN visa category. Australians may be eligible for the E-3 visa. L-1 visa transfers are an option for coordinators moving within a multinational employer.
Which cities in Idaho have the most project management coordinator sponsorship jobs?

How to find project management coordinator visa sponsorship jobs in Idaho?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find project management coordinator roles in Idaho that are open to visa sponsorship. Focusing your search on Boise-area employers in tech, healthcare, and energy gives you the best concentration of relevant opportunities in the state.
Are there any Idaho-specific considerations for project management coordinators seeking visa sponsorship?
Idaho's relatively lower cost of living compared to coastal tech hubs means prevailing wage requirements for H-1B project management coordinator roles may be set at a different threshold than in California or Washington. Boise State University produces graduates in business and project management who compete for the same roles, so international candidates benefit from highlighting specialized technical experience. Employers in the semiconductor and energy sectors tend to have established immigration support infrastructure.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored project management coordinator jobs in Idaho?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
