Department Overview
McDonald’s is looking for a dynamic Coordinator, supporting the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) department. This is an excellent opportunity to build upon your professional experience in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. You will be a critical team member and will perform a wide variety of specialized and administrative functions. The top candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills as well as strong results orientation in a large and complex environment. Interest in or some experience in the data and analytics field is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing calendar management in Outlook for the Senior Director, ESM and direct reports
- Manage all travel arrangements and logistics including itinerary building, and expense report processing
- Work directly with departments to effectively communicate necessary employee matters (i.e. employee transfers, recognitions, anniversaries) to appropriate audiences
- Generate department related reports, org charts, Talent tracking, YE feedback and surveys
- Develop, consolidate and edit PowerPoint presentations, agendas, meeting summaries and other materials in support of department meetings
- Assist with on-boarding process if new employees
- Assist with invoicing, tracking budget, accruals and Beeline entries for projects for the CDAO and direct reports
- Sending and replying to verbal requests, correspondence and e-mails which help support the department
- Receiving and providing assistance to visitors
- Manage/maintain key distribution groups and lists for the team
- Manage Weekly team communications
- Arrange/organize team off sites/workshops, preparing agendas, meetings notes, and following up on actions
Qualifications
- Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to build a strong network within the organization, both formally and informally
- Must be proactive with a desire to stretch beyond the task list to support the team
- Demonstrates ability to handle and maintain confidential information
- Quick learner and ability to understand complex business issues
- Must be organized, motivated, and detail-oriented with superior follow-through
- Must be able to prioritize and work well under deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete large volumes of work efficiently and effectively
- Experience planning meetings or events is desirable
- Ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment
- Professional, reliable, driven and results-oriented

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $60,196.00 - $75,245.00 per year
