Position Summary:
Join Fortune 7 CVS Health as a Senior Manager-Quality Engineering \& Automation to lead our organization's efforts to develop and drive strategic vision in establishing the CVS Digital team. The Senior Manager is responsible for defining, leading, and scaling enterprise-wide quality engineering practices across complex, distributed systems. This role will drive the strategy, design, and execution of end-to-end testing frameworks, ensuring high-quality, reliability, and scalable software delivery. Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in software quality engineering and leadership/management role.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, RestAssured, etc.).
- Strong expertise in end-to-end testing across UI, API, and backend systems.
- Strong knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
- Experience working with microservices architecture, cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS), \& distributed systems.
- Experience using GenAI/Automation tools and frameworks such as OpenAI, CoPilot, Gemini, Claude, MCP etc.
- Experience with performance testing, test data management, and environment orchestration.
- Solid understanding of Agile, DevOps, and modern SDLC practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, distributed teams and deliver at scale.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
- Experience implementing AI/ML-based test automation and self-healing frameworks.

The typical pay range for this role is:

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
