WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
- Fielding incoming telephone calls for Foundation Sales department
- Maintain departmental files
- Update and maintain membership database
- Generate membership reports
- Membership mailings
- Accurately and expeditiously coordinate all ticket, retail and dinner reservation requests
- Offer additional concierge services to members whenever possible, i.e., reservations at hotels, other venues or show tickets at other venues
- Assist in coordinating quarterly member events
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Required:
- (State or County Licensee or Certification Requirement)/ Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
- Skills in interpersonal communication and teamwork
- Ability to handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently
- Time management skills
- High School Diploma
- Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms
Preferred:
- Point of Sales knowledge
