INTRODUCTION
Vidmob is the creative data company. Its scoring software and analytics have become an essential ingredient in the creative and media decisions of the world’s largest marketers and agencies, as they strive to drive business results through improved creative effectiveness. As the leader in creative data, Vidmob’s influence lies in its partnerships and integrations across the digital ad ecosystem, its dozens of proprietary models, and in operating the industry’s most robustly instrumented human-reinforcement learning model for creativity.
We're looking for a Partner Manager to own and grow a portfolio of strategic partnerships. You'll manage and deepen relationships with the media and adtech partners that are core to how Vidmob creates value — advertising platforms, DSPs, measurement and attribution providers, data and clean room partners — serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring they're activated, engaged, and seeing results.
It's a role for someone who thrives on relationship management and execution — someone who can walk into a room with a partner, speak confidently about what Vidmob does and what our packages include, and leave with clear next steps. You know how to keep partners happy, how to keep programs running smoothly, and how to spot opportunities to go deeper.
Reporting to the CRO, you'll be the day-to-day point of contact for your partner portfolio, responsible for activation, performance, and long-term growth.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own end-to-end relationship management for a portfolio of strategic partners spanning media platforms, DSPs, measurement and attribution providers, data and clean room partners, and AI and creative technology partnerships
- Manage and grow Vidmob's platform partnerships — Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Amazon, and others — driving deeper integration, joint go-to-market activity, and measurable mutual value
- Drive partner activation and adoption by working closely with Vidmob's product, operations, and revenue teams to ensure smooth onboarding, clear value delivery, and a strong partner experience
- Develop a deep understanding of each partner's business objectives, go-to-market strategy, and technical architecture to identify new areas of collaboration, data sharing, and expansion
- Help define how Vidmob's creative intelligence integrates into partner platforms, data environments, and AI-driven workflows — turning partnership agreements into embedded, scalable solutions
- Monitor and report on partner performance, identifying trends, surfacing risks, and proactively recommending optimizations to maximize impact
- Prepare and deliver regular business reviews with partners, synthesizing performance data into clear narratives and forward-looking recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and legal to execute partnership initiatives and resolve operational issues
- Contribute to the development of scalable partner management processes, playbooks, and frameworks as the team and partner ecosystem grow
- Represent Vidmob at industry events and partner meetings, building broad relationships across partner organizations
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
What You'll Bring
- 5-7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management within the media and adtech industry
- Genuine, working knowledge of the media and adtech ecosystem — how platforms, DSPs, measurement providers, data partners, and clean rooms fit together and where the value flows
- Direct experience working with or alongside advertising platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Amazon, or TikTok
- Comfort with technical partnership conversations — you don't need to be an engineer, but you need to understand how API integrations, data licensing, and clean room environments work well enough to move deals forward and represent Vidmob credibly
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, build reporting, and translate insights into clear recommendations
- Strong communication and presentation skills — you're comfortable getting in front of a room, speaking clearly about what Vidmob does and why it matters, and building trust with senior stakeholders, across both technical and commercial teams
- Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple partners and workstreams simultaneously without missing a beat
- A collaborative, low-ego approach with genuine hunger to build — you're comfortable contributing to a playbook that's still being written
- Curiosity about where AI, creative intelligence, and media are converging — and a desire to be part of shaping that intersection
COMPENSATION
Base - $112k-125k
Bonus - $12k-14k

Which media & entertainment companies sponsor Green Card visas in New York?
New York's largest media conglomerates, including NBCUniversal, ViacomCBS (Paramount), Warner Bros. Discovery, Condé Nast, Hearst, and Sony Music, have documented histories of sponsoring Green Cards for foreign national employees. Advertising holding companies such as WPP, Publicis, and Omnicom, which have major New York offices, also sponsor Green Cards for specialized creative and technology roles. Sponsorship decisions are made case by case based on role, qualifications, and business need.
Which cities in New York have the most media & entertainment Green Card sponsorship jobs?
Manhattan accounts for the overwhelming majority of media and entertainment Green Card sponsorship activity in New York, particularly in Midtown and Hudson Yards where major networks, publishers, and agencies are headquartered. Brooklyn has grown as a secondary hub, especially for independent production companies, streaming content studios, and music industry employers. Outside New York City, opportunities are limited, though some post-production and gaming companies operate in the broader metro area.
What types of media & entertainment roles typically qualify for Green Card sponsorship?
Roles that require a specific bachelor's degree or higher in a directly related field tend to qualify most clearly under employment-based Green Card categories. In media and entertainment, this commonly includes software engineers and data engineers at streaming or digital media companies, visual effects artists, UX designers, editorial and content strategy roles at publishing firms, and music licensing or rights management professionals. On-screen talent and performers may pursue Green Cards through different extraordinary ability pathways, such as EB-1A or O-1 conversion.
How do I find media & entertainment Green Card sponsorship jobs in New York?
Migrate Mate aggregates media and entertainment jobs in New York where employers have indicated Green Card sponsorship availability, saving you from manually filtering through thousands of postings. You can filter by visa type, industry, and location to surface relevant roles at networks, publishers, agencies, and streaming companies based in New York. Because Green Card sponsorship requires employer initiation, targeting companies with a documented sponsorship history, as surfaced on Migrate Mate, is a practical starting point.
Are there any New York-specific considerations for Green Card sponsorship in media & entertainment?
New York's media and entertainment industry is heavily unionized in certain sectors, including broadcast, film production, and music, and union agreements can affect how employers structure employment and sponsorship for foreign nationals. New York State also has its own labor regulations that employers must account for during the PERM labor certification process, which requires demonstrating that no qualified U.S. workers are available for the role. Working with an immigration attorney familiar with both New York employment law and media industry hiring practices is advisable.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card media & entertainment jobs in New York?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
