ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
How you'll make an impact in this role:
- Manage the administrative aspects of the sales process, answers questions about the community’s apartments and speaks with prospective residents and their families.
- Achieve individual sales goals and targets (call-outs, appointments, sales, closings, etc.).
- Develop and maintain relationships with and generate leads through residents, family, and professional referral sources.
- Manage lead, sales presentations, closing sales, and meeting monthly sales expectations.
- Maintain and/or improve the occupancy level and revenue production of the community in accordance with marketing and business plans.
- Partner with other sales team members and community management to plan, coordinate, and implement monthly prospect and/or referral source activities and events.
- Work in collaboration with other sales team members in developing and executing sales plans to achieve community occupancy goals.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
What minimum qualifications you'll need:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
