WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead teams in building large scale AI applications leveraging GenAI, Agentic AI, and Classical AI models
- Deeply understand client's business and technical challenges and provide thought leadership in Scaling and operationalizing AI
- Build and manage client stakeholder relationships, both business-oriented clients and technology clients
- Work with global team in new client BD activities
- Contribute to Thought leadership by creating POV on industry trends in AI and technology
- Lead hiring initiatives in growing Scaled AI team and mentor technical talent within the team
- Drive ZS Scaling AI initiatives in tandem with global partners
- Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships related to AI tools and platforms
- Work with ZS R&D teams to take cutting edge technology implementations and ideas and bring it to the market through focused go-to-market activities
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Bachelor's/Master's degree with specialization in Computer Science, IT, or another computer related discipline
- Minimum 12+ years of relevant consulting-industry or industry experience
- Awareness of SaaS product life cycle and how it affects design, planning, development, deployment, and maintenance of software as a service, esp. AI-driven SaaS
- Good fundamentals of GenAI, Agentic AI, and Data Science
- Understanding and appreciation of client’s budgetary cycles work and how to create demand in the market for new capabilities like Gen AI and agentic AI
- Agentic and ML platform knowledge incl Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Dataiku, Databricks
- Experience in Production deployment of applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, and Databricks
- Demonstrated industry leading SDLC practices and helping clients with production release of capabilities
- Proven track record of business development in the Cloud/AI/Data space
- Agile project planning and project management experience
- Team management and skill development experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly motivated, good work ethic, and enterprise maturity
- Life science domain knowledge is a plus
