Overview
Epsilon is seeking a Strategy and Informatics Intern to help develop data-informed strategies and marketing experiences that improve customer and business outcomes. You'll work alongside cross-functional teams and gain exposure to areas such as campaign strategy, audience insights, messaging, content development, digital media, go-to-market planning, and performance measurement.
In this role, you'll contribute to meaningful projects that help Epsilon and its clients better understand audiences, personalize experiences, and activate campaigns across channels. Depending on team needs, your work may include supporting audience segmentation, campaign planning, competitive research, creative development, website content, sales materials, media activation, reporting, or optimization.
This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of two days per week in the office.
Responsibilities
Epsilon's Internship Program
As an intern, you'll participate in Epsilon's formal 11-week summer Internship Program, designed to create a meaningful early-career experience for university students. The program offers professional development, hands-on training, networking opportunities, business projects, and social events, along with consideration for full-time employment.
What You'll Achieve
- Support the development and execution of marketing and customer engagement strategies aligned with business and client goals.
- Conduct market, audience, customer, and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Translate data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Assist with audience definition, segmentation, personalization, messaging, and campaign planning.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials such as presentations, sales collateral, case studies, website content, campaign briefs, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Strategy, Product, Sales, Creative, Analytics, and other cross-functional partners.
- Help coordinate campaign execution across owned, paid, and earned channels.
- Monitor campaign or program performance and assist with reporting, analysis, and optimization.
- Help maintain consistent messaging across communications, promotions, campaigns, and events.
- Present ideas, findings, and recommendations to team members and project stakeholders.

- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Psychology, Analytics, or a related field.

Compensation Range: USD $25.00 - USD $25.00/Hourly. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
