Which companies in Indiana sponsor visas for operations analysts?
Eli Lilly, Cummins, Salesforce's Indianapolis operations, and Anthem (now Elevance Health) have filed H-1B petitions for operations analyst roles in Indiana. Large logistics and manufacturing firms in the Indianapolis metro and Fort Wayne corridors also appear regularly in DOL disclosure data for this occupation. Sponsorship patterns vary by hiring cycle, so reviewing current LCA filings gives the most accurate picture of active sponsors.
What visa types are most common for operations analyst roles in Indiana?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for operations analyst positions in Indiana, as the role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring at least a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, statistics, or a related field. Candidates already holding OPT or STEM OPT authorization can work while their employer pursues H-1B sponsorship. Some multinational employers in Indiana may also use the L-1B for intracompany transferees moving into analyst roles.
Which cities in Indiana have the most operations analyst visa sponsorship jobs?
Indianapolis accounts for the majority of operations analyst sponsorship activity in Indiana, driven by its concentration of corporate headquarters, healthcare systems, and logistics firms. Bloomington sees demand tied to Indiana University's research and administrative operations. Fort Wayne and Columbus, Indiana attract manufacturing-sector analysts, particularly from companies like Cummins. Most H-1B LCA filings for this occupation in Indiana list Marion County addresses.
How to find operations analyst visa sponsorship jobs in Indiana?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically for roles open to visa sponsorship, so you can search operations analyst positions in Indiana without sorting through companies that won't sponsor. The platform focuses on international candidates, making it more targeted than general job boards. Pair your Migrate Mate search with a review of DOL OFLC disclosure data to identify which Indiana employers have sponsored this role historically before applying.
Are there state-specific factors that affect operations analyst sponsorship hiring in Indiana?
Indiana's manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries create relatively stable demand for operations analysts, which supports consistent sponsorship activity compared to states reliant on a single sector. The DOL prevailing wage for this occupation in the Indianapolis metropolitan area sets the minimum an H-1B sponsor must pay, and employers are required to post that wage publicly via an LCA notice. Indiana does not have state-level visa or immigration programs that supplement federal categories.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored operations analyst jobs in Indiana?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
