Which companies sponsor visas for patient services managers in Indiana?
Indiana University Health, Franciscan Health, Community Health Network, and Ascension St. Vincent are among the larger health systems in Indiana with documented histories of sponsoring work visas for healthcare administration roles. These organizations operate multiple facilities across the state, giving them the HR infrastructure and legal resources needed to manage visa sponsorship for positions like patient services manager.
Which visa types are most common for patient services manager roles in Indiana?
The H-1B visa is the most commonly used visa category for patient services manager roles, since the position typically requires a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field, qualifying it as a specialty occupation. Candidates with an eligible master's degree may also explore the EB-2 immigrant visa pathway. Those from countries with treaty arrangements, such as Canada or Mexico, may qualify for the TN visa under the management consultant or other applicable category.
Which cities in Indiana have the most patient services manager sponsorship jobs?
Indianapolis accounts for the largest share of patient services manager openings in Indiana, given its concentration of major hospital systems, outpatient clinics, and academic medical centers affiliated with Indiana University. Fort Wayne is the second-largest market, with Parkview Health and Lutheran Health Network operating significant facilities there. South Bend and Evansville also have regional health systems that occasionally hire for these roles.
How to find patient services manager visa sponsorship jobs in Indiana?
Migrate Mate is designed specifically for international job seekers looking for visa-sponsoring employers. You can filter by role and state to surface patient services manager positions in Indiana where sponsorship has been offered. Migrate Mate focuses on verified sponsorship-friendly employers, which saves time compared to sifting through general job listings that rarely disclose visa sponsorship details upfront.
Are there any Indiana-specific considerations for patient services manager visa sponsorship?
Indiana does not impose additional state-level requirements on top of federal visa sponsorship obligations, but employers must file a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor certifying they will pay the prevailing wage for the role in the specific metropolitan area. Prevailing wages differ between Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, and smaller Indiana markets, so the sponsoring employer's location within the state can affect the LCA filing. Candidates coming through academic medical centers affiliated with Indiana University may also encounter nonprofit or cap-exempt employer designations, which affect H-1B filing timelines.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored patient services manager jobs in Indiana?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
