JOB SUMMARY:
Assists in the effective creation and delivery of customer solutions and products to employees and/or customers through various marketing and communications channels. Coordinates activities to assist in participation and engagement in products that supports the overall company brand.

Primary Accountabilities
- Ensures marketing includes appropriate employee awareness of company information and activities.
- Recommends and supports the best methods and types of marketing or communication tools to reinforce key messages.
- Uses creative concepts and writing to reinforce company brand and effectively market programs or solutions to employees and customers.
- Supports planned marketing activities for internal and/or external customers with an understanding of the subject matter to incorporate into communications.
- Ensures marketing and communications activities meet internal customers’ timing and objectives. Consider potential impacts on other planned communications and assists with the identification of key stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Applies various marketing strategies to successfully meet the expected response from the target audience.
- Participates in community events to enhance company reputation and brand.
Supervision
- Performs work under the direct supervision of a Manager.
