Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough data collections and property inspections that meet the highest standards
- Ensure compliance with industry education and training guidelines
- Build strong communication between Class Valuation and our clients
- Be a problem solver! Troubleshoot issues whenever they arise
- Help us maintain consistent turn times and quality
- Drive continual improvement and innovation in our processes
- Impress our clients with top-notch service
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in real estate, data collections, photography, OR at least 12 months of outstanding customer service experience
- Ability to work as an Independent Contractor
- Ability to travel and engage professionally with clients in their homes
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and tangible results
- Ability to obtain a background check through our 3rd party vendor
- An iPhone 12-17 Pro or Pro max
- A thorough understanding of property data collections, appraisals, BPOs, and property completion reports preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress codes on-site
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- EIN required for state of California only
