ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Fullfillment and Logistics Associate is responsible for the daily oversight of intercompany logistics and handling of materials for multi-modal transport.
This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Logistics, and is part of the Logistics Department located in Coralville, IA and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Picks and performs the inventory transfer of stock between IDT companies and site locations.
- Processes and schedules outbound LTL, Hazmat, Air Cargo, and multi-modal shipments.
- Maintains all records in accordance with regulations as well as IDT record retention policies.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
The essential requirements of the job include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years logistics experience
- Minimum of two years ERP experience, SAP experience
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role
- Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Forklift, pallet jack experience
- Prior inventory control
