INTRODUCTION
The Sr System Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining complex systems and infrastructure to meet organizational needs. The scope of this job includes administration of production and non-production environments, assessment and implementation of new technologies, and providing long-term perspectives by contributing to the technical roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end deployment of system solutions, including planning, testing, implementation, performance optimization, and proper integration with existing systems and applications.
- Implement and manage system monitoring tools to ensure high availability and performance.
- Develop and enforce system security protocols and measures to safeguard data and infrastructure in compliance with industry regulations, best practices, and internal security policies.
- Lead the design, testing, and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity strategies to minimize system downtime in the event of failure.
- Work closely with a variety of engineers, technical teammates, and business stakeholders to align IT systems with business needs and objectives.
- Stay current with the latest technologies and industry trends and recommend innovative solutions and tools that improve system performance, security, or operational efficiency.
- Leverage AI tools and platforms as an integral part of daily responsibilities to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and drive data-informed outcomes.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 4-6 years related work experience
- Expertise with Zoom
- Expertise Fax Solutions
- Understanding of AOS business practices
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare industry experience

- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
