Product Analyst - Clinical
This job is responsible for supporting the definition, delivery, and success of WellSky's current and future solutions. The scope of this job includes working with stakeholders to solidify solution requirements while becoming an expert to define, analyze, and document software-integration requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage requirements in JIRA, ensure availability to scrum team, collaborate and track prioritization, and adhere to agile development principals with support from the solution manager.
- Maintain current solution documentation and support compliance processes.
- Demonstrate and effectively articulate current and planned solution features functionality to internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders to create user stories based on defined requirements for small- to medium-sized projects that follow standard practices and guidelines.
- Gather success criteria data and report on solution metrics, key performance indicators, and client adoption.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 0 - 2 years relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Clinical experience/licensure highly preferred.
Job Expectations:
- Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs.
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information.
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.
