REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a mechanic, diesel mechanic is preferred
- Experience with heavy‑duty off‑road or construction equipment preferred
- Familiarity with DOT inspections
- Must provide own tools; Downey Drilling supplies all required diagnostic software
- CDL preferred but not required
DUTIES:
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, and DOT inspections
- Source parts from local vendors and manage inventory levels
- Diagnose, repair, and replace components on trucks and equipment
- Maintain general upkeep and cleanliness of the shop, vehicles, and related equipment
BENEFITS:
