INTRODUCTION
Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting (TAA) is expanding the CCH Axcess™ Marketplace and Open Integration API ecosystem to help firms build connected workflows and adopt high-quality partner solutions. We seek an individual contributor to run the day-to-day operations of our marketplace - vendor intake, listing QA, policy & risk management, invoice support, and insight dashboards and to streamline these processes through automation where possible. This role translates Alliances strategy into repeatable operations that improve partner time-to-market, listing quality, compliance, and adoption of CCH Axcess™ aligned solutions, in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Legal/Compliance, Finance/RevOps, Marketing/Corporate Communications, Support/PCS, and field teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Run the end-to-end intake and publishing workflow: manage vendor application, due diligence, technical validation, listing QA, and go-live with defined SLAs and clear partner communications.
-
Operate listing governance under a curated model: maintain a clearly defined ‘core’ (what WK must own) and enforce content/asset standards, categories, and listing options in line with best-practice guidelines.
-
Segmented partner enablement & value proposition: strengthen the value proposition and onboarding for non-integration partners and consulting partners; tailor processes by firm size (simplicity for small firms; deeper data/complexity for larger firms); create enablement packs (training/certification/GTM co-assets) and track activation/adoption.
-
Cross-ecosystem interoperability assessment: evaluate opportunities to interoperate with adjacent ecosystems where it expands reach or reduces friction; document criteria, technical patterns, and risk controls while preserving curation.
-
Risk & compliance operations: lead policy enforcement audits, handle violations (data handling, brand, content), coordinate with Legal/Security for remediation, and maintain a ‘trust & quality’ rubric and audit logs.
-
Invoice support & financial ops: support invoice accuracy and dispute resolution for marketplace listings/fees; partner with Finance/RevOps to monitor trends and prevent repeat errors.
-
API ecosystem quality & governance: validate partner integrations against Open Integration governance requirements (authentication, versioning, error mapping, documentation); liaise with Engineering/Product for technical reviews and developer-experience improvements.
-
Partner-to-Build / Partner-to-Buy signal operations: instrument dashboards and a regular cadence with Strategy/Corp Dev and Product to surface opportunities where partners indicate a build or buy path; coordinate structured handoffs and playbooks.
-
Indirect monetization insights: define and report on indirect impact (e.g., influence on win rates, adoption, retention/LTV, or cycle-time acceleration) through BI dashboards; translate insights into partner tiering and process changes.
-
Automation & SOPs: identify repetitive tasks and automate using Microsoft Power Automate (e.g., intake triage, QA checklists, approvals routing, policy sign-offs, invoice alerts) while maintaining required controls and audit trails.
-
Vendor promotion & spotlight governance with Corporate Communications: create and run a governed process to promote/spotlight marketplace vendors across WK corporate channels (website/Marketplace pages, social, newsletters, webinars, events); establish eligibility workflows, brand/compliance checks, editorial calendars, asset QA, and performance tracking; ensure consistency between Marketplace listings and external communications.
-
Deliver analytics & executive readouts: own BI dashboards and monthly/quarterly readouts to the Director of Strategic Alliances, summarizing operational performance, risks, and recommended improvements.
-
Marketing support: Work with Marketing to support a limited number of co-branded marketing related efforts on behalf of Marketplace vendor-partners, including but not limited to LinkedIn posts, bulletin updates, webinars. i.e., base-line contractual marketing deliverables.
OTHER DUTIES
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Which companies sponsor visas for product management leads in Kansas?
Kansas-based employers with a history of sponsoring work visas for product and technology roles include Garmin in Olathe, Oracle Health (formerly Cerner) in Kansas City, and T-Mobile operations in the metro area. Larger financial and insurance firms headquartered in the state also sponsor product management leads periodically. Sponsorship availability depends on the specific role, hiring cycle, and company immigration policy at the time of application.
Which visa types are most common for product management lead roles in Kansas?
The H-1B is the most common visa for product management leads in Kansas, as the role typically meets the specialty occupation requirement given its demand for a relevant bachelor's degree or higher. Candidates transferring from a foreign parent or subsidiary company may qualify for an L-1A or L-1B visa instead. Some candidates already in the U.S. on OPT or STEM OPT extension may also be sponsored for H-1B status by Kansas employers.
Which cities in Kansas have the most product management lead sponsorship jobs?
The Kansas City metro, particularly Overland Park, Olathe, and Lenexa on the Kansas side, accounts for the large majority of product management lead openings in the state. This corridor hosts the highest concentration of technology, healthcare IT, and telecommunications employers. Wichita is a secondary market with product management demand tied to aerospace and manufacturing, though sponsorship opportunities there are less frequent than in the Kansas City area.
How to find product management lead visa sponsorship jobs in Kansas?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international candidates seeking visa sponsorship, and you can filter directly for product management lead roles in Kansas to see employers actively open to sponsoring. Because senior product roles move quickly, setting up alerts on Migrate Mate for Kansas product management positions helps you respond early. Reviewing each listing for explicit sponsorship language or employer history with H-1B filings is a practical first step before applying.
Are there state-specific considerations for product management lead sponsorship in Kansas?
Kansas does not have its own immigration program, so all sponsorship follows federal H-1B and employment-based processes. Employers must pay the prevailing wage for the specific metropolitan area and occupation as determined by the Department of Labor, which differs between the Kansas City metro and Wichita. Product management lead roles at Kansas universities or affiliated research institutions may qualify as cap-exempt H-1B positions, meaning those employers can file outside the annual lottery.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored product management lead jobs in Kansas?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
