Our agency is family-oriented and close-knit — many of our team members have been with us for years. We value teamwork, celebrate milestones and foster an environment where people support one another.
We offer perks like half-day Fridays once a month for full-time employees and a casual, flexible work environment. We set high goals, work hard, and make sure to have fun along the way. I’m happy to train individuals new to the industry as long as they bring a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
If you’re looking for a team that values connection, growth, and long-term success, this could be the right place for you.

Which companies sponsor visas for account associates in Kentucky?
Louisville-based Humana is among the more active sponsors for business and account management roles in Kentucky. Companies in financial services, healthcare technology, and logistics, including regional firms in Lexington and Bowling Green, have filed Labor Condition Applications for account associate positions. Sponsorship activity varies by company size and hiring cycle, so researching individual employers directly is the most reliable approach.
Which visa types are most common for account associate roles in Kentucky?
The H-1B visa is the most common visa for account associate roles when the position requires a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as business, finance, or marketing and qualifies as a specialty occupation. TN visas are available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in eligible professional categories. Some candidates also work under OPT or STEM OPT extensions while seeking long-term sponsorship from a Kentucky employer.
Which cities in Kentucky have the most account associate sponsorship jobs?
Louisville concentrates the majority of Kentucky's sponsored account associate opportunities, driven by its large healthcare, insurance, and logistics employer base. Lexington is the second most active market, supported by financial services firms and the University of Kentucky's business ecosystem. Smaller markets like Bowling Green and Covington, near the Cincinnati metro area, also see occasional sponsorship activity tied to manufacturing and regional corporate offices.
How to find account associate visa sponsorship jobs in Kentucky?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship eligibility, making it straightforward to find account associate roles in Kentucky without manually screening each employer. You can search by state and job category to surface positions where employers have indicated willingness to sponsor. This saves significant time compared to applying broadly and discovering late in the process that a company does not offer sponsorship.
Are there state-specific considerations for account associates seeking visa sponsorship in Kentucky?
Kentucky does not impose state-level visa sponsorship requirements beyond federal standards, but account associate roles must still meet USCIS specialty occupation criteria for H-1B eligibility, which can be a point of scrutiny for generalist-sounding titles. Employers in Louisville's healthcare corridor, particularly those affiliated with Humana or hospital networks, tend to have established HR and legal processes for managing sponsorship compared to smaller regional firms.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored account associate jobs in Kentucky?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
