ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
What drew me into State Farm was the opportunity to grow as much as I was willing to work — a true “get out what you put in” business where I could build something meaningful while helping people in my community. Once I realized that, I never considered anything else. I started in 2014 with no insurance experience, got all four licenses, learned from the best, and opened my first State Farm office just 3.5 years later. A decade in, I now operate two locations and have had the privilege of seeing my own team members grow into leaders — including one who went on to open his own agency in Louisville, KY. That remains one of my proudest milestones.
Our culture is best described as purposeful. I value self-starters who take ownership of their development and bring competitiveness, curiosity, and a positive mindset to the table. We invest heavily in professional growth with continuing education, coaching, and long-term career paths — from leadership within our two offices, to opportunities with State Farm corporate, to pursuing agency ownership. High performers may also earn international travel trips and early Fridays when weekly targets are met.
We believe life is too short to work somewhere where the paycheck is the only perk. Here, you’ll find a place that challenges you, supports you, and helps you uncover the best version of yourself through hard work, accountability, and the right mindset. If you’re coachable, driven, and ready to grow, this is the kind of office where your career can truly take off.

Which companies sponsor visas for account associates in Kentucky?
Louisville-based Humana is among the more active sponsors for business and account management roles in Kentucky. Companies in financial services, healthcare technology, and logistics, including regional firms in Lexington and Bowling Green, have filed Labor Condition Applications for account associate positions. Sponsorship activity varies by company size and hiring cycle, so researching individual employers directly is the most reliable approach.
Which visa types are most common for account associate roles in Kentucky?
The H-1B is the most common visa for account associate roles when the position requires a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as business, finance, or marketing and qualifies as a specialty occupation. TN visas are available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in eligible professional categories. Some candidates also work under OPT or STEM OPT extensions while seeking long-term sponsorship from a Kentucky employer.
Which cities in Kentucky have the most account associate sponsorship jobs?
Louisville concentrates the majority of Kentucky's sponsored account associate opportunities, driven by its large healthcare, insurance, and logistics employer base. Lexington is the second most active market, supported by financial services firms and the University of Kentucky's business ecosystem. Smaller markets like Bowling Green and Covington, near the Cincinnati metro area, also see occasional sponsorship activity tied to manufacturing and regional corporate offices.
How to find account associate visa sponsorship jobs in Kentucky?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship eligibility, making it straightforward to find account associate roles in Kentucky without manually screening each employer. You can search by state and job category to surface positions where employers have indicated willingness to sponsor. This saves significant time compared to applying broadly and discovering late in the process that a company does not offer sponsorship.
Are there state-specific considerations for account associates seeking visa sponsorship in Kentucky?
Kentucky does not impose state-level visa sponsorship requirements beyond federal standards, but account associate roles must still meet USCIS specialty occupation criteria for H-1B eligibility, which can be a point of scrutiny for generalist-sounding titles. Employers in Louisville's healthcare corridor, particularly those affiliated with Humana or hospital networks, tend to have established HR and legal processes for managing sponsorship compared to smaller regional firms.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored account associate jobs in Kentucky?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
