The role assists Security leadership in ensuring that departmental and organizational goals are met. Provides supervision of security officers and staff as appropriate. Assists Security leadership by monitoring and ensuring that staff, department and organizational compliance with all standards and regulations are maintained. This role requires driving Norton Healthcare vehicles, which could include transporting patients and visitors. You must have a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- One year in security, law enforcement or military
- Driver's License
Desired:
- Three years in security, law enforcement or military supervision
- Associate Degree
- Certified Healthcare Security Officer OR Certified Healthcare Security Supervisor Officer
