Job Description:
The primary responsibility of this role is to Manage FAE Executive schedules/Travel, issue and track requisitions, maintain site office, track budget and standards. Reporting to the Assembly Engineering Sr Manager, the person in this role will support the Production Engineering Assembly department's objective to issue and track budget, to maintain and track KPIs, and to maintain the PEMC Site office for FAE.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage Executive Travel schedule and calendar.
- Issue Purchase Requisitions for all PEMC FAE.
- Track and Receive all Project Purchase Orders.
- Maintain budget tracking in SAP/Ariba and FAE standard systems.
- Maintain budget KPI data and virtual dashboard.
- Manage FAE PEMC Office and Office Assets.
- Develop and maintain Annual Operating Budget for Office maintenance.
Requirements
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 2 Years+ as Admin for PE.
- 2 Years+ experience working on Project Budget support and maintenance.
- 2 Years+ experience working on Asset management.
- Experience managing General Manager/Executive calendar and travel arrangements.
- Experience with Ariba systems.
- Experience using and creating Power BI reports.
