INTRODUCTION
Perform duties in office systems and procedures, such as excel/ sheets, word/docs, email, google calendar, and QuickBooks. Clerical duties may be assigned in accordance with office procedures and may include a combination of answering telephones, bookkeeping, typing/word processing, office machine operation, filing, evaluating truck inventory/conditions, cleaning, and loading. Other duties may include responding/assisting with administrative duties regarding drivers, such as: overseeing driver reports, assisting with getting permits for drivers and licenses, counting money, and scheduling special events. Must be willing to learn the basics of general office work and basic technology systems.
