What do we want to know about you?
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), and familiar with video conferencing systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and highly organized.
- Physical capability of lifting/moving trays of food, cases of sodas/water, and boxes of office supplies.
What will your typical day look like?
- Prepare, edit, and manage office wide documents, communications and presentations for the site.
- Participate and take a leading role in coordinating, planning, managing and scheduling site events through our site social committee.
- Order, track, and manage office materials and supplies for common office areas and conference rooms.
- Manage, assist and coordinate in office events for internal and external visitors.
- Assist in domestic shipping activities as needed.
- Interact with internal and external visitors and manage vendor relationships.
- Lead or assist in special projects as requested by the leadership team.
- Performs other duties as requested.

- Employee is regularly required to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
- Employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit and bend throughout the day.
- Wear required PPE according to Client policy.
