The Role
The Professional Services Director leads the strategy, execution, and performance of Professional Services across Americas East, supporting mid-size and large enterprise customers, Federal, and SLED segments. This role is accountable for delivery outcomes, time-to-value acceleration, and operational rigor within the region, leading an organization that includes Consultants, Service Delivery Managers, and Professional Services Managers. In addition to regional accountability, this Director serves as the global Professional Services leader for the Collaboration Security platform, focused on platform enablement strategy, services standards, and product partnership across all regions. This role does not own delivery execution for customers outside of Americas East. Regional Professional Services leaders retain accountability for delivery performance within their respective geographies.
This Director provides global platform leadership by:
- Defining implementation frameworks and consultative standards for the Collaboration Security platform
- Establishing enablement strategy and capability requirements across the global Professional Services organization
- Supporting delivery execution and advancing Certified Deployment Partner enablement program goals
- Ensuring consistent technical depth and deployment readiness worldwide
- Representing Professional Services in structured partnership with Product Management and Engineering
Principal Consultants specializing in the Collaboration Security portfolio report directly to this Director. These senior technical leaders drive complex implementations within the region and contribute to global architectural standards, thought leadership, and platform expertise. The Director is responsible for their performance, development, and alignment to both regional delivery and global platform objectives.
The Director owns global Professional Services enablement for the Collaboration Security platform — ensuring consultants worldwide are prepared to deploy evolving product capabilities, integrations, and advanced configurations, and collaborating closely with Customer Success, TAM, and Managed Services leaders responsible for adoption and operational success. Additionally, the Director oversees resources supporting implementation and consultative services engagements for the Data Security and Governance (DSG) program, partnering closely with the peer Director leading US West to ensure consistency across the Americas.
As the executive escalation point for Americas East and a visible global platform authority, the Director builds credibility with CISOs, CIOs, and senior security leaders. This role actively influences product roadmap direction by translating field insights, implementation friction, and customer requirements into structured feedback for Product Management and Engineering. The Director establishes disciplined operating mechanisms across both regional execution and global platform alignment, including KPI dashboards, forecasting accuracy, capacity modeling, standardized methodologies, and formalized product feedback loops.
Your day-to-day

- Drive disciplined forecasting, utilization management, and capacity planning within Americas East.
- Oversee Professional Services efforts to minimize customer churn within Americas East (proactively, through strong implementation delivery, and reactively, in PS’ part of get-well plans for at-risk customers).
- Serve as executive escalation lead for high-impact regional engagements.
What you bring to the team
- Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-scale, multi-product platform implementations across commercial and regulated public sector environments.

Which cybersecurity companies sponsor Green Card visas in Massachusetts?
Several large employers in Massachusetts have established Green Card sponsorship programs for cybersecurity professionals. Defense and aerospace contractors like Raytheon Technologies and MITRE Corporation, financial institutions like Fidelity Investments and State Street, and technology firms in the Greater Boston area regularly file PERM labor certifications for cybersecurity roles. Academic and research institutions such as MIT and Harvard also sponsor qualifying staff through EB-1 and EB-2 pathways.
Which cities in Massachusetts have the most cybersecurity Green Card sponsorship jobs?
Boston and Cambridge account for the largest concentration of cybersecurity sponsorship activity in Massachusetts, driven by financial services, biotech, and research institutions. The Route 128 corridor, including Burlington, Waltham, and Bedford, hosts a dense cluster of defense contractors and technology companies that regularly sponsor cybersecurity professionals. Worcester has a growing cybersecurity sector tied to academic institutions and government contractors that also offer sponsorship pathways.
What types of cybersecurity roles typically qualify for Green Card sponsorship in Massachusetts?
Roles that typically qualify include information security engineers, penetration testers, security operations center analysts, cloud security architects, and cybersecurity program managers. Positions requiring specialized credentials like CISSP, CISM, or clearance-related experience tend to attract EB-2 sponsorship given the advanced degree and specialized knowledge requirements. Defense-oriented roles in Massachusetts often require or strongly favor candidates eligible for U.S. security clearances, which can affect sponsorship timelines and employer willingness.
How do I find cybersecurity Green Card sponsorship jobs in Massachusetts?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international job seekers and filters cybersecurity roles in Massachusetts by visa sponsorship type, including Green Card pathways. Rather than sorting through thousands of general listings, Migrate Mate surfaces employers that have an established history of sponsoring permanent residence for cybersecurity professionals in this state, saving significant research time during what is already a complex application process.
Are there any Massachusetts-specific considerations for Green Card sponsorship in cybersecurity?
Massachusetts has a significant defense and intelligence contractor presence, and many cybersecurity roles in that sector require U.S. security clearances, which are generally not available to non-U.S. persons. This narrows Green Card sponsorship opportunities in defense to employers who are willing to sponsor early and accept the longer timeline. Outside defense, the state's strong financial services and biotech sectors offer more accessible sponsorship pathways, with PERM-based EB-2 and EB-3 filings common among larger employers.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card cybersecurity jobs in Massachusetts?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
