Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
- Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
- Provide companionship and encourage social engagement.
- Offer medication reminders according to the care plan.
- Observe and report changes in clients' health or behavior.
- Help clients remain comfortable, safe, and independent at home.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Active CNA or HHA certification.
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a home care setting.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
- Previous caregiving or home care experience is an asset but not required.
