Job Description
Eurofins Electrical & Electronics opened its Littleton, MA laboratory in early 2026 — our seventh U.S. testing facility and the newest hub for EMC, Safety, and Medical Device certification on the East Coast. We are building the commercial engine that will drive this lab's growth, and this role sits at the center of that effort.
The Marketing & Sales Development Associate is equal parts relationship-builder, content creator, and outreach engine. You will work directly with our regional sales executives to develop new business, support customer communications, and help tell the story of the Littleton lab to the engineering and product development community. This is a high-visibility role with real ownership — and a direct path to a field sales position for candidates who perform.
Core Responsibilities
Client Outreach & Pipeline Development:
- Execute targeted outbound email and calling campaigns to prospective accounts, passive customers, and legacy contacts — driving top-of-funnel activity for the sales team.
- Research target companies, identify the right engineering and compliance contacts, and build personalized outreach sequences that get responses.
- Follow up on quotes, proposals, and inquiries on behalf of sales executives — keeping opportunities moving and customers engaged.
- Re-engage lapsed or passive accounts to bring them back into active conversation.
Content Creation & Brand Presence:
- Draft customer-facing content including email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, event invitations, and lab announcements — supporting our marketing team's cadence and amplifying the Littleton lab's visibility.
- Help develop sales enablement materials: capability summaries, service one-pagers, meeting prep briefs, and follow-up recaps.
- Contribute to event planning and execution, including our upcoming open house and industry conference presence — supporting logistics, attendee communications, and on-site coordination.
- Assist with post-event follow-up campaigns to convert attendee engagement into active pipeline.
Sales Operations & CRM:
- Maintain and update Microsoft Dynamics CRM — logging contacts, tracking opportunities, and ensuring the pipeline reflects current activity.
- Process quotes and orders accurately, ensuring all project fields are complete and notes are current.
- Coordinate with project managers and department leads on customer action items and follow-up timing.
- Provide onsite support when sales executives need lab-based customer hosting — receiving visitors, coordinating tours, and representing the team professionally.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Communications Media, Business, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong written communication skills — you write with clarity, personality, and purpose; you can adapt your voice for a cold email, a LinkedIn caption, or an executive brief
- Genuine interest in business development, sales, and client relationship-building — you are energized by outreach, not intimidated by it
- Experience creating content for professional or organizational audiences (internships, club leadership, campus media, team communications, or personal projects all count)
- Organized and self-directed — comfortable managing multiple outreach sequences, follow-up timelines, and CRM entries without letting things slip
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel; experience with CRM platforms is a plus but not required
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and no two weeks look exactly the same
Why This Role
This is not a traditional admin role. You will have a seat at the table as we build a new market presence from the ground up. You will write content that goes out under the Eurofins brand. You will be the voice that reconnects with lapsed customers and opens doors for our sales team. Candidates who demonstrate commercial instincts and strong communication skills will be given real opportunities to grow into a full sales position.
Additional Information
Compensation:
- $50,000-$55,000 salary
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
What we offer:
- Excellent full time benefits including comprehensive medical coverage, dental, and vision options
- Life and disability insurance
- 401(k) with company match
- Paid vacation and holidays

Which companies sponsor visas for marketing associates in Massachusetts?
Boston-area employers with established visa sponsorship programs include HubSpot, Wayfair, Biogen, Moderna, and Fidelity Investments. Larger enterprise companies and well-funded startups in the Route 128 corridor tend to have dedicated HR infrastructure to support H-1B visa filings. Smaller agencies and early-stage startups in Massachusetts are less likely to sponsor, so targeting mid-to-large employers significantly improves your chances of finding a sponsored marketing associate role.
Which visa types are most common for marketing associate roles in Massachusetts?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for marketing associates in Massachusetts, provided the role requires a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as marketing, communications, or business. Some candidates with unique backgrounds or national credentials qualify under the O-1 visa. International students completing degrees at Boston-area universities often start on OPT before their employer files an H-1B petition, making the F-1 OPT-to-H-1B pathway the most frequently traveled route in this market.
How to find marketing associate visa sponsorship jobs in Massachusetts?
Migrate Mate lets you filter visa sponsorship jobs specifically for marketing associate roles in Massachusetts, surfacing employers that have an active history of sponsoring international candidates. Because sponsorship willingness is often buried in job descriptions or unstated entirely, using a platform built around verified sponsorship data saves significant time. Migrate Mate focuses exclusively on international job seekers, so every listed role is screened for sponsorship relevance rather than requiring you to sort through postings that don't apply.
Which cities in Massachusetts have the most marketing associate sponsorship jobs?
Boston and Cambridge account for the largest concentration of marketing associate sponsorship opportunities in the state, driven by the density of biotech, technology, and financial services employers headquartered or regionally based there. Somerville and Waltham also see meaningful activity, particularly from mid-size tech firms along the Route 128 corridor. Worcester has a smaller but growing market tied to healthcare and manufacturing companies that occasionally sponsor marketing roles at the associate level.
Are there any Massachusetts-specific considerations for marketing associates seeking visa sponsorship?
Massachusetts employers must pay H-1B workers the prevailing wage as determined by the Department of Labor for the specific occupation and geographic area, which in Greater Boston reflects one of the higher cost-of-labor markets in the country. The state's concentration of universities, including Boston University, Northeastern, and UMass Amherst, creates a competitive pool of internationally educated candidates each year. Marketing associate roles tied to life sciences or technology companies tend to have stronger sponsorship infrastructure than those at retail or hospitality employers.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored marketing associate jobs in Massachusetts?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
