Position Responsibilities:
- Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide treatment focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, balance, coordination, cognition, and safety awareness
- Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to support resident independence
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy staff, physicians, and families to coordinate resident care
- Monitor progress, update treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
