INTRODUCTION
The Program Manager will lead and deliver asset management–related initiatives across front, middle, and back-office functions. The role involves planning, executing, and governing projects involving sales/marketing & distribution, investment operations, regulatory change, and technology transformation. The PM will coordinate with business and IT teams to ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards. Strong stakeholder management, risk management, and financial services domain knowledge are essential. Experience working with global delivery teams and vendors is preferred.
FUNCTIONAL / DOMAIN SKILLS (ASSET MANAGEMENT)
- Asset Management business processes (Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office)
- Investment products: Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, ETFs
- Portfolio management, trade lifecycle, and settlement processes
- NAV calculation, fund accounting, and performance & attribution
- Regulatory and compliance knowledge (SEC, FINRA, AML, KYC, ESG reporting)
- Asset management platforms and data (Order Management Systems, Market Data, Reference Data)
- Domain experience in Asset Management and Sales and Distribution
- Understanding on Market data, portfolios, products
- Intermediary and Institutional business in area of Asset Management
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- AWS Cloud, DevOps Jenkins build pipelines
- Scan tools like - Veracode, Sonar Cube, X-ray
- Understanding on Data load data pipelines using ETL, AWS Glue, Snowflake
- Strong hold on Project management using JIRA, Confluence
- Agile Methodology of development model - Sprint Planning, grooming and can play role of Scrum Master
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Co-ordinate with business and IT stakeholders.
- Strong experience in Relationship Management (with business and end clients) and Team building.
- Onsite-offshore co-ordination
- Strong reporting experience on projects and tasks status. Good presentation skills to management team.
SALARY RANGE
- Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000 a year
