- Design, develop, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, LDAP, SSO and Other Third Party Vendors.)
- Develop custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Configure ServiceNow flows, Workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs to meet business requirements.
- Maintain and support existing ServiceNow integrations and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and other developers to gather requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise integration architecture.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow integrations, data flows, and custom development.
- Ensure adherence to coding and security standards.
- Knowledge and hands-on with ServiceNow Virtual Agent and Chatbot workflow creation and configuration.
