INTRODUCTION

Our manufacturing site is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to assist with our everyday human resources operations. You will collaborate directly with the HR Manager and leadership team to ensure staff needs are met, mediate workplace issues, and maintain the efficiency of our HR workflows.

CORE DUTIES

• Provide guidance to staff regarding company policies, benefit programs, and leave requests.
• Facilitate the resolution of workplace grievances and interpersonal conflicts.
• Oversee attendance records, disciplinary procedures, and performance review cycles.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to help build a strong, capable workforce.
• Oversee the administration of employee leaves and the transition back to work.
• Ensure all personnel files and HR database entries are kept precise and up-to-date.
• Contribute to staff development, morale-boosting activities, and the maintenance of a safe working environment.
• Ensure all organizational practices remain compliant with current labor laws and internal regulations.

REQUIRED BACKGROUND

• Between three and five years of professional HR experience.
• Background in a manufacturing environment is considered a plus.
• Demonstrated history of managing employee relations, talent acquisition, and administrative tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Capacity to manage sensitive data with discretion and operate with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in utilizing HR information systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, though not mandatory.
