Which companies sponsor visas for revenue operations managers in Minnesota?
The most active sponsors for revenue operations manager roles in Minnesota tend to be large enterprise employers headquartered in the Twin Cities. UnitedHealth Group, Target, Medtronic, and Ecolab have all filed H-1B visa petitions for operations and analytics roles. Mid-sized SaaS and healthtech companies based in Minneapolis have also sponsored international candidates, particularly for roles requiring CRM platform expertise or revenue forecasting skills.
Which visa types are most common for revenue operations manager roles in Minnesota?
The H-1B is the most common visa for revenue operations manager positions in Minnesota. These roles typically qualify as specialty occupations requiring a bachelor's degree or higher in business, data analytics, or a related field. Candidates already holding L-1B intracompany transferee status may also transition into RevOps roles within multinational firms with Minnesota offices, particularly in healthcare and financial services.
How to find revenue operations manager visa sponsorship jobs in Minnesota?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by sponsorship availability, so you can search revenue operations manager roles in Minnesota without sifting through postings from employers who don't sponsor. The platform is particularly useful for identifying which Twin Cities companies are actively hiring internationally, including enterprise employers in healthcare, retail, and technology where RevOps functions are well established.
Which cities in Minnesota have the most revenue operations manager sponsorship jobs?
Minneapolis and its suburb Saint Paul account for the large majority of revenue operations manager openings in Minnesota. The broader Twin Cities metro is home to 19 Fortune 500 headquarters, concentrating commercial operations hiring in one geographic area. Rochester has a smaller but notable presence due to Mayo Clinic's scale, and Minnetonka attracts RevOps roles through companies like UnitedHealth Group and Cargill subsidiaries operating there.
Are there any state-specific considerations for revenue operations manager sponsorship jobs in Minnesota?
Minnesota's concentration of large, self-insured employers means many RevOps openings sit inside healthcare and insurance organizations, which tend to have dedicated HR and immigration infrastructure for sponsorship. The University of Minnesota and regional MBA programs also create a pipeline that some employers draw from when hiring internationally. Prevailing wage requirements for H-1B petitions are determined by the Minneapolis-Saint Paul-Bloomington metropolitan statistical area, so employer filings reflect regional market rates for this role.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored revenue operations manager jobs in Minnesota?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
