Search Revenue Operations Manager Jobs in OklahomaRevenue Operations Manager Jobs in Oklahoma: Frequently Asked Questions
Which companies in Oklahoma sponsor visas for revenue operations managers?
Mid-to-large employers with structured sales operations tend to be the most active sponsors. In Oklahoma, this includes energy sector companies like Williams Companies and ONEOK in Tulsa, along with financial services and SaaS-adjacent firms in Oklahoma City. Larger healthcare organizations such as INTEGRIS Health and SSM Health have also sponsored operations-focused roles. Companies with national sales teams and CRM infrastructure are the most likely sponsors for this function.
What visa types are most common for revenue operations manager roles in Oklahoma?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for revenue operations manager positions in Oklahoma, as the role typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field and qualifies as a specialty occupation. Candidates with Canadian or Mexican citizenship may also be eligible for TN visa status under the USMCA, which covers business analyst and management consultant categories that can apply to RevOps roles depending on job duties.
Which cities in Oklahoma have the most revenue operations manager sponsorship jobs?
Oklahoma City and Tulsa account for the overwhelming majority of revenue operations manager openings in the state. Oklahoma City has the broader base of employers across healthcare, government contracting, and financial services. Tulsa is the stronger market for energy sector RevOps roles, with several midstream and pipeline companies headquartered there. Outside these two metros, sponsorship opportunities for this specific role are limited.
How to find revenue operations manager visa sponsorship jobs in Oklahoma?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international job seekers and filters revenue operations manager roles in Oklahoma by visa sponsorship eligibility, saving you the step of screening out employers who don't sponsor. Because RevOps is a relatively specialized function, the Oklahoma market is smaller than coastal tech hubs, so setting up alerts on Migrate Mate for new Oklahoma postings helps you move quickly when roles open with sponsoring employers.
Are there any state-specific considerations for revenue operations managers seeking sponsorship in Oklahoma?
Oklahoma's economy is heavily weighted toward energy, healthcare, and logistics, so revenue operations managers with experience in those verticals have a real advantage with local sponsors. The H-1B prevailing wage for this role in the Oklahoma City and Tulsa metro areas is generally lower than in coastal markets, which can make sponsorship more feasible for employers. University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma State both produce business analytics graduates, creating some local competition for these roles.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored revenue operations manager jobs in Oklahoma?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
