Which companies sponsor visas for revenue operations managers in Tennessee?
Nashville-based employers are the most active sponsors for revenue operations manager roles in Tennessee. HCA Healthcare, Asurion, and SmileDirectClub have established revenue operations functions and histories of H-1B sponsorship. Healthcare technology firms including Change Healthcare and Qualifacts also sponsor this role. Outside Nashville, FedEx in Memphis and technology-adjacent firms in Knoxville periodically sponsor revenue operations talent when the right candidate is identified.
Which visa types are most common for revenue operations manager roles in Tennessee?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for revenue operations managers in Tennessee, as the role typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related analytical field, qualifying it as a specialty occupation. Candidates already holding L-1B status through multinational transfers occasionally transition into revenue operations roles. O-1A visas are rare for this role but possible for candidates with demonstrable exceptional achievement in go-to-market operations.
Which cities in Tennessee have the most revenue operations manager sponsorship jobs?
Nashville accounts for the majority of revenue operations manager sponsorship activity in Tennessee, driven by its concentration of SaaS companies, healthcare technology firms, and regional corporate headquarters. Memphis sees demand from logistics and supply chain software companies. Knoxville has a smaller but growing technology sector with occasional openings. Franklin and Brentwood, as Nashville suburbs, also host corporate offices that post revenue operations manager positions with sponsorship.
How to find revenue operations manager visa sponsorship jobs in Tennessee?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find revenue operations manager roles in Tennessee that offer visa sponsorship, since listings are filtered specifically for international candidates rather than the broader job market. Searching by Tennessee and filtering for revenue operations manager roles surfaces employers actively open to sponsorship. Checking employer H-1B disclosure data from the Department of Labor alongside Migrate Mate helps identify which Tennessee companies have sponsored this role previously.
Are there any state-specific considerations for revenue operations managers seeking sponsorship in Tennessee?
Tennessee has no state income tax on wages, which makes total compensation comparisons with other states worth understanding since the Department of Labor prevailing wage calculation used in H-1B petitions is based on the Nashville, Memphis, or Knoxville metropolitan area, depending on worksite. Vanderbilt University and the University of Tennessee produce business analytics and MBA graduates who compete for the same roles, so international candidates with specialized CRM, data, or GTM operations experience tend to stand out most.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored revenue operations manager jobs in Tennessee?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
