Which companies sponsor visas for revenue operations managers in Washington?
Microsoft, Amazon, Salesforce, and Tableau (owned by Salesforce) are among the most consistent H-1B sponsors for revenue operations roles in Washington. Beyond those household names, Seattle and Bellevue host a concentration of mid-size SaaS companies, cloud infrastructure firms, and enterprise software businesses that regularly sponsor for RevOps positions. Checking Department of Labor LCA disclosure data can confirm which specific employers have filed for similar roles.
Which visa types are most common for revenue operations manager roles in Washington?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for revenue operations managers in Washington, as the role typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field and qualifies as a specialty occupation. Candidates with extraordinary documented achievement may explore the O-1A. Australians holding an E-3 visa are also actively hired by Washington's major tech employers, given the state's heavy concentration of qualifying sponsors.
Which cities in Washington have the most revenue operations manager sponsorship jobs?
Seattle and Bellevue account for the overwhelming majority of revenue operations manager sponsorship opportunities in Washington. Seattle's South Lake Union and Belltown neighborhoods are dense with technology and SaaS company headquarters, while Bellevue has grown significantly as a secondary tech hub with Microsoft's main campus nearby in Redmond. Smaller clusters exist in Kirkland and Bothell, though volume there is noticeably lower than in the Seattle metro core.
How to find revenue operations manager visa sponsorship jobs in Washington?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it easier to identify Washington employers actively hiring revenue operations managers who need sponsorship support. Rather than sorting through generic postings, you can browse roles already screened for sponsorship willingness. Given Washington's competitive tech hiring market, focusing on companies with established H-1B sponsorship histories in RevOps or adjacent functions will produce the most actionable leads.
Are there any state-specific considerations for revenue operations manager sponsorship in Washington?
Washington has no state income tax, which affects how employers structure total compensation and how the Department of Labor calculates prevailing wage compliance for H-1B filings. The Seattle metro area falls under a high-cost prevailing wage tier, meaning employers must meet elevated wage thresholds for sponsored positions. Washington's dense university pipeline from the University of Washington also means strong local competition, so international candidates benefit most from targeting companies with documented sponsorship histories in operations or go-to-market functions.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored revenue operations manager jobs in Washington?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
