Which companies sponsor visas for revenue operations managers in Pennsylvania?
Philadelphia-based employers including Comcast, SAP America, Jefferson Health, and Vanguard have histories of sponsoring H-1B visa workers in operations and analytics roles. Pittsburgh's technology sector, anchored by companies like Duolingo and UPMC's commercial divisions, also produces sponsorship activity. Mid-market SaaS firms in both cities increasingly hire revenue operations managers and have filed Labor Condition Applications for similar positions in recent years.
Which visa types are most common for revenue operations manager roles in Pennsylvania?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for revenue operations managers in Pennsylvania, as the role typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field and qualifies as a specialty occupation. Candidates already holding L-1B or TN visa status through a current employer occasionally transfer into RevOps positions. O-1A petitions are less common but possible for candidates with documented exceptional achievement in revenue or go-to-market strategy.
Which cities in Pennsylvania have the most revenue operations manager sponsorship jobs?
Philadelphia accounts for the largest share of revenue operations manager sponsorship activity in Pennsylvania, driven by its concentration of enterprise technology, healthcare, and financial services employers. Pittsburgh follows, particularly within its expanding SaaS, AI, and life sciences sectors. Smaller markets like King of Prussia and Malvern, home to several mid-sized technology and pharmaceutical firms, also generate periodic sponsorship opportunities for RevOps professionals.
How to find revenue operations manager visa sponsorship jobs in Pennsylvania?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to surface revenue operations manager roles in Pennsylvania without sorting through positions that do not offer sponsorship. You can narrow results by location to focus on Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, or surrounding markets. Because RevOps hiring in Pennsylvania spans healthcare technology, SaaS, and financial services, checking Migrate Mate regularly helps capture new postings across all three verticals.
Are there state-specific considerations for revenue operations manager visa sponsorship in Pennsylvania?
Pennsylvania employers sponsoring H-1B workers must comply with Department of Labor prevailing wage requirements, which are calculated at the metropolitan statistical area level, meaning Philadelphia and Pittsburgh have distinct wage determinations. Pennsylvania's strong university ecosystem, including Wharton, Carnegie Mellon's Tepper School, and Penn State, creates a pipeline of OPT candidates who sometimes transition into full H-1B sponsorship within RevOps teams at local employers after initial hiring on student work authorization.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored revenue operations manager jobs in Pennsylvania?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
