About EliseAI
At EliseAI, we're improving the industries that matter most: housing and healthcare. Everyone needs a place to live and access to quality healthcare, yet both are often harder to secure than they should be.
By integrating AI agents deeply into existing workflows, we make them more efficient, reduce costs, and improve the experience for everyone.
-
Housing: We simplify how renters tour apartments, sign leases, submit maintenance requests, and stay connected with their property team—bringing everything they need for their home into one place.
-
Healthcare: We make it easy to schedule appointments, complete intake forms, and we help patients communicate with providers, so everyone can focus on health instead of paperwork.
With EliseAI, organizations reduce manual work, improve accessibility, and deliver a seamless experience across essential services. We recently raised a $250 million Series E round led by Andreessen Horowitz to accelerate this mission.
About the role
EliseAI is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to help drive growth by shaping the strategy, systems, and processes that power our go-to-market organization. In this role, you’ll lead high-impact strategic and operational initiatives, driving improvements across systems, forecasting, pipeline management, territory design, analytics, processes, and other key revenue operations projects. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution.
Key Responsibilities
-
Own and drive key revenue operations initiatives, including systems, reporting, forecasting, process optimization, territories, and compensation.
-
Own and optimize our Salesforce instance (custom objects, automations, etc.) and broader GTM tech stack – evaluating, purchasing, and implementing new tools where needed.
-
Reimagine Rev Ops for the AI era, translating that vision into scalable systems, processes, and strategies across both RevOps and GTM teams.
-
Partner cross-functionally with GTM leaders and individual contributors across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Implementation, Finance, Legal, and our C-suite to proactively identify areas of opportunity and drive alignment.
-
Attract, build, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a best-in-class RevOps organization and culture.
Move at rocket speed, build something massive. We’re scaling fast, solving real client problems with precision and ambition. Here, you own your impact; full autonomy, no micromanagement, no fluff. We hire the best, expect the best, and give you the masterclass of your career. It’s hard, it’s intense, and it’s the most rewarding work you’ll ever do. If you’re hungry, driven, and ready to build something massive, climb aboard.
Requirements
-
4+ years of Revenue Operations or related Operations role at a fast-growth venture-backed SaaS startup
-
Strong understanding of Rev Ops best practices
-
Highly analytical (SQL knowledge is a plus)
-
Hands-on experience managing a modern SaaS tech stack (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Gong/Attention, Ironclad, Clay, Clari/BoostUp, Apollo/ZoomInfo, Outreach/Salesloft, Chili Piper/Default, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
-
Proven experience partnering with Sales teams and presenting insights and recommendations to C-suite executives
-
Experience leveraging AI tools and automation
-
2+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or private equity a plus
-
Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
Why join
Growth and impact. It’s not often that you can get in on the ground floor of a funded (unicorn!) startup that’s scaling so fast. That means that instead of following a playbook, you’ll be writing it. Every single day you will be challenged to identify how we can scale and execute on it. You’ll learn what works when you succeed and what doesn’t when you fail. Either way, the rest of the team will be here to support you.
Benefits
In addition to the growth and impact you’ll have at EliseAI, we offer competitive salaries along with the following benefits:
-
Equity in the company
-
Medical, Dental and Vision premiums covered at 100%
-
Fully paid parental leave
-
Commuter benefits
-
401k benefits
-
Fitness & home services stipend to cover part of your expenses so you can focus on what matters
-
A collaborative in-office environment with an open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, and all meals covered in the office
-
Unlimited vacation and paid holidays
-
We'll cover relocation packages and make the move exciting, not painful!
Job Compensation Range
The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $190,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation inclusive of salary and any bonuses is determined based on a number of factors including experience and skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
EliseAI provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.

Which companies sponsor visas for revenue operations managers in New York?
Enterprise technology companies, financial services firms, and SaaS platforms headquartered or with large offices in New York are the most consistent sponsors. Companies like Salesforce, MongoDB, Datadog, and Bloomberg have sponsored H-1B visas for operations and revenue-focused roles. Large consulting firms and media conglomerates in Manhattan also file regularly for RevOps positions. Checking DOL LCA disclosure data confirms active sponsoring employers by job title.
Which visa types are most common for revenue operations manager roles in New York?
The H-1B is the most common visa for revenue operations manager roles in New York, as the position typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field and qualifies as a specialty occupation. Candidates with Canadian or Mexican citizenship may qualify for TN status under the management consultant category. Australian citizens can pursue the E-3 visa, which has no lottery and allows two-year renewable work authorization.
Which cities in New York have the most revenue operations manager sponsorship jobs?
The vast majority of revenue operations manager sponsorship jobs in New York are concentrated in New York City, particularly Manhattan, where the density of SaaS companies, financial technology firms, and enterprise software vendors is highest. Brooklyn has a smaller but growing startup presence. Outside of New York City, Buffalo and Albany have limited RevOps hiring activity, and sponsorship opportunities there are comparatively rare.
How to find revenue operations manager visa sponsorship jobs in New York?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international job seekers and filters revenue operations manager roles in New York by employers that have a documented history of visa sponsorship. Rather than manually reviewing job postings and guessing at sponsorship willingness, you can browse verified listings on Migrate Mate filtered to New York. This saves significant time during a search where employer sponsorship eligibility is a non-negotiable requirement.
What should revenue operations managers know about working in New York's job market specifically?
New York's revenue operations hiring is heavily tied to B2B SaaS, fintech, and enterprise software cycles, meaning demand is closely linked to venture funding activity and sales team expansion. Employers filing H-1B petitions must meet DOL prevailing wage requirements for the New York City metropolitan area, which are among the highest in the country given the local cost of labor. Candidates with CRM platform expertise, particularly Salesforce, are consistently in higher demand across New York employers.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored revenue operations manager jobs in New York?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
