Which companies sponsor visas for revenue operations managers in New York?
Enterprise technology companies, financial services firms, and SaaS platforms headquartered or with large offices in New York are the most consistent sponsors. Companies like Salesforce, MongoDB, Datadog, and Bloomberg have sponsored H-1B visas for operations and revenue-focused roles. Large consulting firms and media conglomerates in Manhattan also file regularly for RevOps positions. Checking DOL LCA disclosure data confirms active sponsoring employers by job title.
Which visa types are most common for revenue operations manager roles in New York?
The H-1B is the most common visa for revenue operations manager roles in New York, as the position typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field and qualifies as a specialty occupation. Candidates with Canadian or Mexican citizenship may qualify for TN visa status under the management consultant category. Australian citizens can pursue the E-3 visa, which has no lottery and allows two-year renewable work authorization.
Which cities in New York have the most revenue operations manager sponsorship jobs?
The vast majority of revenue operations manager sponsorship jobs in New York are concentrated in New York City, particularly Manhattan, where the density of SaaS companies, financial technology firms, and enterprise software vendors is highest. Brooklyn has a smaller but growing startup presence. Outside of New York City, Buffalo and Albany have limited RevOps hiring activity, and sponsorship opportunities there are comparatively rare.
How to find revenue operations manager visa sponsorship jobs in New York?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international job seekers and filters revenue operations manager roles in New York by employers that have a documented history of visa sponsorship. Rather than manually reviewing job postings and guessing at sponsorship willingness, you can browse verified listings on Migrate Mate filtered to New York. This saves significant time during a search where employer sponsorship eligibility is a non-negotiable requirement.
What should revenue operations managers know about working in New York's job market specifically?
New York's revenue operations hiring is heavily tied to B2B SaaS, fintech, and enterprise software cycles, meaning demand is closely linked to venture funding activity and sales team expansion. Employers filing H-1B petitions must meet DOL prevailing wage requirements for the New York City metropolitan area, which are among the highest in the country given the local cost of labor. Candidates with CRM platform expertise, particularly Salesforce, are consistently in higher demand across New York employers.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored revenue operations manager jobs in New York?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
