Which companies in Oregon sponsor visas for revenue operations managers?
Sponsorship for revenue operations managers in Oregon is most common at larger technology, e-commerce, and enterprise software companies with dedicated HR and legal teams. Portland-based employers like Nike, Adidas, Daimler Truck North America, and venture-backed SaaS companies have filed H-1B petitions for operations and business analytics roles. Smaller startups occasionally sponsor, but the process is more consistent at companies with prior sponsorship history.
Which visa types are most common for revenue operations manager roles in Oregon?
The H-1B is the most common visa for revenue operations managers in Oregon, as the role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field. Candidates already on OPT or STEM OPT can work while an H-1B petition is pending. The O-1A is an option for candidates with demonstrable distinction, though it requires substantial supporting documentation.
Which cities in Oregon have the most revenue operations manager sponsorship jobs?
Portland accounts for the majority of revenue operations manager openings in Oregon, driven by its concentration of tech, retail, and logistics companies headquartered or regionally based there. Beaverton is also notable due to Nike's corporate campus. Eugene and Bend have smaller but emerging tech scenes, though visa sponsorship opportunities in those markets are considerably less frequent than in the Portland metro area.
How to find revenue operations manager visa sponsorship jobs in Oregon?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship, so you can search revenue operations manager roles in Oregon without sifting through postings from employers who don't sponsor. Because RevOps is a cross-functional role, searching related titles like Revenue Enablement Manager or GTM Operations Manager on Migrate Mate can surface additional sponsorship opportunities with Oregon-based employers that post under slightly different job titles.
Are there state-specific factors that affect visa sponsorship for revenue operations managers in Oregon?
Oregon does not have state-level visa programs, so federal H-1B rules apply. For revenue operations managers, employers must file a Labor Condition Application certifying the offered wage meets the Department of Labor prevailing wage for the Portland-Vancouver-Hillsboro or relevant metro area. Oregon's relatively high concentration of technology and direct-to-consumer companies means prevailing wage benchmarks for business operations roles trend toward the higher end of national averages.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored revenue operations manager jobs in Oregon?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
