At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely. This is an in-office position, and you’ll be expected to work full-time in our Tempe, Arizona location, and therefore must live within commuting distance from your assigned office. You will work from this office beginning on your first day.
This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.
GoDaddy is not currently considering candidates for this role in California, Seattle, or NYC.

We are looking for an experienced Manager to lead a high-performing frontline sales team within our Commerce division (merchant acquisition). In this role, you will lead a team of sellers to consistently hit and exceed sales targets while helping customers see value quickly. We're looking for someone who is equally strong at building and coaching talent as they are at managing day-to-day operations and executing against ambitious growth goals.
What you'll get to do...
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales Operations, and Customer Success to optimize lead flow, merchant activation, and lifetime value — ensuring seamless alignment across the full customer journey.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top-tier sales supervisors and sellers, building a deep talent pipeline to support a rapidly scaling commerce organization focused on high-velocity merchant acquisition.
- Establish a results-focused culture rooted in accountability, mentor consistency, and urgency — championing customer outcomes and operating with ownership and integrity at every level of the team.
- Define and manage the day-to-day operational rhythm, including pipeline reviews, coaching sessions, calibration meetings, and performance reporting, while maintaining compliance with sales processes, compensation structures, and operational standards.
- Monitor and drive improvement across critical benchmarks — including win rate, speed to first payment, aGPV, GCR contribution, adherence, and call efficiency. Accomplish pivotal initiatives to increase funnel conversion and seller efficiency.
Your experience should include...
- 5+ years of proven high performance and leadership experience at a SaaS, fintech, payments, or merchant services organization.
- Demonstrated success leading inbound or outbound sales teams with strong results in conversion rate, productivity, and customer value creation.
- Strong analytical competence with experience interpreting sales metrics, forecasting, and using CRM data to guide execution.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and people development skills.
- Ability to work on site and lead in person.
You might also have...
- Experience scaling sales teams in a high growth environment.
- Familiarity with payments ecosystems, merchant acquisition flows, and card present/card not present products.
- Experience partnering with Sales Operations on comp, reporting, and process design.
- Background with AI-enabled sales tools or automation platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
We've got your back...
We offer a range of total rewards that may include paid time off, retirement savings (e.g., 401k, pension schemes), bonus/incentive eligibility, equity grants, participation in our employee stock purchase plan, competitive health benefits, and other family-friendly benefits including parental leave. GoDaddy’s benefits vary based on individual role and location and can be reviewed in more detail during the interview process.
We also embrace our diverse culture and offer a range of Employee Resource Groups (Culture). Have a side hustle? No problem. We love entrepreneurs! Most importantly, come as you are and make your own way.
We encourage you to apply even if your experience or skillset doesn’t align perfectly with every requirement. We value a wide range of backgrounds and transferable skills, and we are excited to support learning and growth.

Which companies sponsor visas for revenue operations managers in Arizona?
Phoenix-based technology and SaaS companies are the most active sponsors for revenue operations manager roles in Arizona. Employers like GoDaddy, Axway, Carvana, and IntelliCheck have a track record of H-1B filings for operations and business analytics positions. Larger enterprise software firms with Arizona offices also sponsor regularly, particularly when candidates bring specialized CRM, data infrastructure, or sales operations expertise that is difficult to source domestically.
Which visa types are most common for revenue operations manager roles in Arizona?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for revenue operations managers in Arizona, as the role typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field, supporting its classification as a specialty occupation. Candidates with prior L-1 status transferring within a multinational company to an Arizona office also appear in sponsorship filings. Australians should note that the E-3 visa is an additional pathway worth discussing with a prospective employer.
Which cities in Arizona have the most revenue operations manager sponsorship jobs?
Greater Phoenix accounts for the overwhelming majority of revenue operations manager sponsorship opportunities in Arizona. Scottsdale and Tempe have particularly active hiring markets due to concentrations of fintech, SaaS, and enterprise technology employers. Chandler contributes through semiconductor and hardware companies with operations functions. Tucson has a smaller but present market, largely tied to healthcare technology and university-affiliated organizations, though the volume is significantly lower than the Phoenix metro.
How to find revenue operations manager visa sponsorship jobs in Arizona?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international candidates and filters revenue operations manager roles in Arizona by visa sponsorship status, saving significant time compared to manually screening generic job postings. On Migrate Mate, you can browse Arizona-specific RevOps openings and identify employers who have a verifiable history of sponsoring work visas. Focusing your search on mid-to-large SaaS and technology companies headquartered or with significant operations in the Phoenix metro will yield the strongest pipeline of sponsorship-eligible roles.
Are there any Arizona-specific considerations for revenue operations manager visa sponsorship?
Arizona does not impose state-level visa sponsorship requirements beyond federal obligations, but employers must still file a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor certifying that the offered compensation meets the prevailing wage for revenue operations managers in the Phoenix or Tucson metropolitan area. Arizona State University and the University of Arizona produce a pipeline of local graduates, which means sponsoring employers often seek candidates with demonstrably specialized skills in platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or advanced revenue analytics tools to justify the sponsorship investment.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored revenue operations manager jobs in Arizona?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
