- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma (Some College Preferred)
- Must be able to pass a Background Screen
- Insurance licenses are not required to start but are required post hire date (financially funded by Agency)
- Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Experience in managing client relationships preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Dedicated to customer service
- Ability to work well with a team & autonomously
- Able to effectively relate to customers
