- Strong SQL development skills
- Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Ability to identify issues, participate in resolution efforts, and improve processes
- Strong knowledge of Spring Framework, including Dependency Injection (IOC), SOLID principles, and Spring Boot
- Experience developing REST web services and APIs, including API gateways, microservices, pub/sub, and event-driven architectures
- Experience with Kafka, ActiveMQ, or similar messaging platforms is a plus
- Comfortable working in Agile environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
